FAQS

Your name is so unique! What does it mean?

Growing up, “FlyLow” was a family mantra that was often called out as I would leave the house for school or a sporting event.  It means doing great things while remaining grounded. The mantra has stayed with me throughout my life and has not only become the name of my practice but the cornerstone of my patient care philosophy.

Do you accept insurance?

FlyLow Chiropractic and Rehabilitation is an out-of-network provider. This means we do not accept any form of insurance as payment. This model allows us to offer personalized outcome driven care without the constraints of insurance protocols. As a medical provider, all HSA/FSA accounts are accepted.

What should I wear to my appointment?

We ask patients to wear comfortable clothes, such as gym wear that allows you to move freely. If your main complaint is covered by clothing, we ask you to wear something to allows access for care. (I.e. for knee pain, wear shorts; for upper back pain, wear a tank top)

What should I wear/bring for my Recovery Suite appointment?

The Recovery Suite is a private area with its own changing room. For the cold plunge, you should wear/bring a bathing suit or clothes you are comfortable getting wet. Reminder: Bring a bag to take your wet clothes home in. You do not need to bring towels, we provide those for you!

Where should I park?

We have designated parking marker with “FlyLow Patient Parking” signs out front. Please park in these spots.
